The ex-boyfriend of the very young girl has confessed to killing her by throwing her from the top of the building where they were. The boy – sentenced to 17 years by the juvenile court – confessed to killing Aurora during the appeal trial, changed his version, and also apologized for the act and for having waited so long to admit it. “With the confession, a circle closes. But we hope that the Court confirms the first instance sentence, which established an appropriate penalty,” says lawyer Emilio Malaspina, who represents the mother of the girl victim of femicide. The trial is scheduled for September 10.
