Pesaro, September 2, 2026 – There are names that weigh like boulders and others that run fast in the collective imagination. Clara Rossi, however, known as Clari, has chosen to let her voice speak, finding her own path in the notes. On September 3, she officially presents her single, “Quel poco di cuore,” which also gives its name to the album (released on September 25). An intimate, sincere, and unfiltered work that marks a fundamental milestone in the artistic maturity of this talented young woman with a heavy surname. She tells us about the genesis of the project and how art is lived when talent is at home, but the course is decided only by you…

“Quel poco di cuore,” her new single, also gives its name to the album coming out on the 25th, right? What is the song about and why this title?
“The album’s title plays on the fact that when we are not good at expressing the emotions we feel, it may seem like we don’t have any at all, that we don’t have a heart. What I want to say, also to myself, is that the heart shouldn’t be defended too much, because then it happens that no one can reach it anymore, enter it, and we find ourselves alone, against everyone. This album therefore contains all those feelings and emotions that, without music, I would have kept inside.”

Do you ever feel alone against everyone?
“Sometimes, but less and less.”
Is there a specific moment in your childhood or adolescence when you realized that music would be your form of artistic expression? Did you inherit it from your parents or is it all your own?
“No one in my family makes music, yet I have always been fascinated by it since I was little, so much so that I wrote my first draft of a “song” (if you can call it that) at 9 years old. I write lyrics and music. The moment things changed for me was in 2023, when I started collaborating with Naïve Studio in Fano and with authors like Francesco Gazzè and Francesco De Benedittis, with whom I wrote some of the songs on the album. De Benedittis is also the producer of this album. It’s an environment where you breathe only music and it is absolutely stimulating for me.”
What did you study?
“I have a bachelor’s degree in Linguistic and Intercultural Mediation and a master’s degree in Languages and Literatures. I studied for a year in Wisconsin, United States, and another in Madrid. At the same time, I have always studied music as well.”
A model girl, Clara Rossi…
“I have never caused problems, let’s say. And I put a lot of effort into everything I do.”
Do you have a band that accompanies you?
“Yes, I have a band with which we did a small summer tour. They will also be with me tomorrow at Sorpasso.”
Such an iconic surname can lead to comparisons or expectations. How has it been for you?
“I live a reality that is quite detached from that of my brother; comparisons exist, but I try as much as possible not to give them weight. We have two very different talents.”
Do you keep in touch with your brother Valentino?
“Yes, we talk every now and then. The relationship between us is good.”
And with your father Graziano? You, like your brother, did not attend his recent wedding…
“I preferred it that way. But I love him, I am sure everything will be resolved between us.”
Back to music, the single launch is very close… excited? Who is your first fan?
“I am very excited, “Quel poco di cuore” is perhaps my favorite track on the album and I can’t wait for everyone to hear it. My first fan can only be my mom (Graziano Rossi’s second wife, Lorena ed). The album will be available on digital platforms like Spotify by searching “Quel poco di cuore – clari” from September 25, and on Instagram by searching “cclarirossi.”

Who inspires you musically? Who are your idols?
“I listen to a lot of international music, in particular I really like Billie Eilish and Taylor Swift. I love Billie’s sounds and Taylor’s songwriting. I have seen both of them in concert and there was an amazing energy.”
What does Clari dream of?
“To continue writing songs for as long as possible. And that they get better and better.”
