They found her there, that tiny baby, left in the Cradle for Life. And they immediately took care of her. The neonatologist examined her: she is fine. And the nuns decided to name her Maria Stella.
The nuns chose for her a name full of light and hope
The news was given by the Vita Diocesana Pinerolese website: it reads that “on the evening of Saturday, August 8, at 10:48 PM, a newborn was entrusted to the Cradle for Life of Bologna” at the community of the Minime Sisters of Santa Clelia Barbieri. “The baby was clean and cared for. This is how the nuns found her who, without hesitation, alerted the 118 emergency services to safely place her in the arms of the medical staff. Then, this morning, the reassuring call from the neonatologist: the baby is in excellent health. The nuns proposed for the little one a name full of light and hope: Maria Stella.”
