A way to convey, strongly and clearly, a sense of hope. The wedding was celebrated at the Emergency Room of the Infermi Hospital of Rimini this morning, Friday, August 14. In the presence of their four witnesses, some family members, the municipal registry officers, and Dr. Tiziana Perin, Director of the Emergency Room and Urgent Care Medicine in Rimini, in the medical room of the OBI (Short Intensive Observation), they fulfilled their dream, confirming the strength and depth of their bond.
“It was a moment of pure emotion”
“It was a moment of pure emotion – recounts Dr. Tiziana Perin – We were all deeply moved to see how much love united these two people, as if with that ‘I do’, a sort of eternal vow, they had somehow stopped time and defeated evil. We made every effort to make everything as perfect as possible, even during a busy period, trying to give them a bit of intimacy in that room, decorated with some blue bows made from work aprons. It was an honor for me and the Emergency Room staff to contribute in our small way to fulfilling their great wish.” A story that moved the healthcare facility and once again shows that there are no insurmountable obstacles or impediments for true love: even in a certainly difficult situation, this place at the moment of the yes was still illuminated by the joy on their faces.
