The solidarity of Forza Italia secretary, Battistoni
“A cowardly act. Full and total support to Mayor Dellonti”. Thus in a statement the Forza Italia deputy and regional party secretary in Marche, Francesco Battistoni, expresses solidarity with the mayor of San Lorenzo in Campo, Dellonti, after the death threats received through some letters. “I learn with great dismay that the mayor has been the victim of very serious threats directed both at his person and at his role as mayor and the Municipality itself – added Battistoni -. With these cowardly and intimidating acts they want to create disturbance and concern trying to hinder the administrative activities of those who exercise their elected mandate with right, like Mayor Dellonti. Forza Italia stands by its mayor, his family and the entire Municipality of San Lorenzo in Campo and hopes that soon the competent authorities will be able to identify the author or authors of such a heinous act. Knowing Davide, I know very well that he will continue his political activity with even more determination, being able to count on a cohesive and united team that will stand by him. Total and full solidarity and support to Mayor Dellonti.”
