Bologna, August 26, 2026 – The Marathon tower, bright and beautiful, stands out against the black sky of a Bologna summer on the eve of the start of the new rossoblù season, as suggested by the field not yet prepared for matches. This is how the Dall’Ara stadium appears at night in a short video that appeared on social media in recent days. A film that documents in about twenty seconds a young man, together with his videomaker, entering inside the Bologna stadium when the structure is closed, climbing up to the covered stand to then ‘admire’ the stadium illuminated at night and completely deserted from above.
What would be a gesture with no declared purpose, but simply accompanied by ironic phrases such as “For me we should enter the field..” and “First time at the Bolo stadium, we expected it to be a bit fuller”, appeared on two social profiles linked to an urban extreme climber who before climbing the Dall’Ara also documented several other ‘feats’ carried out in abandoned facilities, aqueducts and various other cities in the Bologna province.
The film therefore has no declared intent or purpose, even though the climb above the covered stand at night would not have been agreed upon in any way with either the Municipality or Bologna Calcio itself. It would therefore be an invasion of buildings for which, however, at present, no specific complaint-report has been filed by the responsible entities with the police offices. However, according to what is learned, the video that appeared on social media these days – but whose date is not defined and only traceable to before the start of the championship – would already have come under the attention of the Digos, although further and more specific investigative inquiries are not currently reported.
So for now remains the mystery about the influencer climber’s goal, as well as his identity since in his posts he acts with a covered and pixelated face and also for the Dall’Ara climb the identity remains hidden behind the contrast of lights and shadows of the video that frames him walking precisely on the covered stand, after climbing to the top of the stadium by ascending the iron service ladder.
