The episode at Victor lab, a well-known venue in Riccione
We are naturally talking about the episode that took place on August 19 at Victor lab in Riccione, one of the most famous venues in the heart of the Pearl, on Viale Ceccarini. A customer, Maria Clara, 20 years old from Florence, orders eggs, and that they be “well cooked”. The waiter, a 17-year-old boy, sends the order. When the eggs arrive along with the rest, on the note left on the table about the order appears the phrase: “This one broke my a… Burn the eggs and spit in them”.
The ‘incriminated’ receipt and the controversies
Heavens open. The case explodes. Apologies come from Victor. But it doesn’t end there. The omelette has exploded, and ‘Sbanca’, aka Luciano Colono, owner of the venue, jokes about it and with the staff shoots a video about the eggs “with spit or without spit.” The social media crowd loves it, while the young waiter is first reprimanded and removed from the venue, then reinstated.

The case has become a song: the ironic video shot by the owner. “From Riccione to Japan, those eggs become a hit”
And after the forgiveness, ‘Sbanca’ decided that it shouldn’t end there. He made a song (not sung by him) about the episode and shot a video to accompany the track. The video is naturally performed by ‘Sbanca’. The song, to the rhythm of reggaeton, is obviously ironic. But it is having a fair amount of success, as shown by the listens on Spotify.
And so “from Riccione to Japan, those eggs become a hit,” as the song goes. And again: “With spit or without, here you need a bit of patience… With spit or without, you tell me the difference.” Predictable ending: “At Victor lab from today the eggs are only well cooked…”
