The Dem, in the Chamber, spoke about the commemoration of the anniversary of the massacre: “That of Bologna was the most serious massacre in the history of the Republic. Truth and justice, thanks to the battle of the Association of the victims’ families and the support of democratic institutions, have prevailed: three levels of judgment confirmed that it was an act of neo-fascist terrorism, made possible by complicities that reached the State apparatus and the P2 lodge.” Then the direct appeal to the Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni: “Words are important and always have consequences. But silences and unspoken words also have consequences. Not saying that the Bologna massacre is fascist means lacking the courage of truth and a lack of intelligence of the heart towards the families of the victims.”

“Brothers of Italy unfortunately continue to say ambiguous words about the August 2 massacre and this can only worry those who care about democracy,” continues Andrea De Maria, Pd deputy.
