The report came from some residents and once again the area targeted in the climate of hatred that has been affecting the city in recent days was the historic center. This time, the target of the anonymous ‘haters’ with spray paint cans were the white sheets protecting some scaffolding set up under the Portico dei Servi in Strada Maggiore, not far from the buildings vandalized at the beginning of August with tags and writings also against Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni.
The content and the reference to Fakir’s death
‘Abderrahim Fakir killed by the Police’ reads a writing in English. The reference is to the 42-year-old Moroccan who died on July 19 in Pilastro during a police intervention. There are also insults, “Police of s…”, in Italian, the “A” of anarchy, and the phrase ‘Alcohol drug of the State’. The writings were made very recently.

A 23-year-old Frenchman reported for writings against the Prime Minister
For the writings against Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni that appeared in recent days in Vicolo Bianchetti, a 23-year-old Frenchman was reported with an urban Daspo who, accompanied by two peers and compatriots with whom he was on vacation in Bologna, was caught by street cameras during the vandalism carried out on the night between August 4 and 5 and in which the Prime Minister was depicted, stylized, with a gun pointed at her temple and the writing: “Death to Meloni and the fascists”.
A writing that would not be the only one attributed to the 23-year-old Frenchman, who according to investigators would also be the author of further graffiti that appeared between Strada Maggiore and Piazza Aldrovandi with antisemitic or anti-state police content.
