Hospitalized at the Padua hospital
Victim of a road accident that occurred Wednesday evening shortly after 9 pm on via Boschieri in Crocetta del Montello (Treviso), the little boy had been admitted to the Padua hospital in the intensive care unit of the pediatric polyclinic.
But the doctors were unable to save the child from death, declared at 10 pm last night.

The family was in Veneto for relatives
Yahya Mohammadi was born in Piacenza to a couple of Moroccan parents residing in Cortemaggiore and was in the province of Treviso with the family to visit some relatives.
The little boy hit while crossing the street
On Wednesday, after spending the evening in a playground in Crocetta, the child crossed the street and was hit by a Volkswagen Golf that could do nothing to avoid the impact. With the little boy were the mother, the grandmother, and the sister who were unharmed. The driver of the vehicle, resident in Marca, tested negative for alcohol and drugs but will now be formally investigated for vehicular manslaughter.
