Green Arrow Capital announces through the IDeA CCR II Fund that it has completed the sale of 70% of the subsidiary Pieralisi MAIP Spa to Ver Capital SGR, simultaneously reinvesting together with Frapi Spa in 30% of the Group.

The IDeA CCR II Fund controlled 51% of the company, while the remaining 49% of the capital was held by the Pieralisi Family, through the holding company Frapi Spa, the founding family of the homonymous Group.

The operation, finalized on July 30, 2026, “represents the conclusion of a successful path that saw the Fund alongside the Pieralisi Family to support the relaunch of the company, through important investments in renewal and expansion of production capacity, supporting organizational development, strengthening the commercial structure and international presence, with particular attention to safeguarding the brand, registered in 2025 by the Ministry of Enterprises and Made in Italy within the Special Register of historic brands of national interest,” they said in a joint statement.

We are convinced that the completed operation can give further momentum to the Group’s growth, a phase we have chosen to accompany by reinvesting alongside Ver Capital with a minority stake.”

A history started in 1888

Founded in 1888 in Jesi from the workshop of Adeodato Pieralisi, the multinational represents a technological excellence of the regional mechanical district. The group closed 2023 with a turnover of one hundred million and has over five hundred employees distributed between Italy, Spain, Greece, United States, Tunisia, Brazil and Argentina. Recognition of its strategic importance also came with the registration in the Register of historic brands of national interest at Mimit.

The history of Pieralisi remains indissolubly linked to the figure of the late engineer Gennaro Pieralisi, who with his vision and passion for extra virgin olive oil projected Marche mechanical technology onto international markets. “My passion is to create and innovate”, was his motto, embraced by the company’s top management and realized in October with the inauguration of the new Innovation & Technology Center at the Jesi plant: a research hub equipped with a control room and laboratories for tests based on artificial and predictive intelligence, accompanied by a one-megawatt photovoltaic system under the guidance of CEO Aldino Zeppelli.
