Bologna, August 27, 2026 – If there is one thing that Gianluca Vacchi does not seem to have any intention of doing, it is slowing down. Not even when it comes to training. The 59-year-old entrepreneur and influencer from Bologna posted a new video dedicated to workout on social media today and, once again, chose a far from ordinary exercise: an impressive jump, over an obstacle set at a considerable height, cleared with an ease that almost overshadows all the preparation needed to get there.

Explosiveness, coordination, and physical strength
The video shows Vacchi engaged in a training session where explosiveness, coordination, and physical strength are clearly at the core of the work. Content perfectly in line with an important part of his social media presence: that related to sport and body care.

Not only to show the final result, but also to tell a lifestyle in which physical activity has occupied a significant space for years.

The passion for padel
And among the disciplines that have most captivated him is certainly padel. Vacchi is not just an enthusiast who enjoys a few matches: over the years he has built a very close relationship with this sport, mingling with champions and closely following the professional circuit.

In an interview at the Bnl Italy Major Premier Padel he had defined padel as “the most socializing sport,” emphasizing precisely its ability to bring people and passions together.
His knowledge of the international movement is anything but superficial. Vacchi has spoken several times about Fernando Belasteguín, a padel legend with whom he also shared a long friendship, and about Arturo Coello and Agustín Tapia, a pair that dominated the circuit. About them, on the occasion of the 2025 interview, he had particularly enthusiastic words: “They are perfect like a Rembrandt on a living room wall.”
Unforgettable dances
However, sport fits into a character who has built his popularity also through a very different form of expression: dancing. Even before fitness and padel became a recurring part of his content, Vacchi, who also enjoys running, had conquered millions of views with improvised choreographies, often performed aboard his yachts, next to spectacular pools or during vacations. Movements that became a sort of trademark and helped turn him into one of the most recognizable Italian personalities on social media.
The memory of his late mother
The new training video also comes just days after a much more personal moment. Vacchi recently remembered his mother Mariella, who passed away in 2023, on what would have been her birthday. He shared a photo from when he was a child, accompanied by a message full of affection and nostalgia. “I hope I have been a son worthy of the mother you were,” he wrote, thus recalling a figure that remained central in his life.
