Bologna, September 14, 2026 – The Bolognina is locked down. Dozens of vehicles from the Mobile Unit and the Carabinieri are surrounding the area ahead of the protest by the collectives at the Albani Market, on the occasion of the event at the Il Guercino hotel hosting Galeazzo Bignami, FdI group leader in the Chamber.
The demonstration, with pots and whistles, is beginning to take shape along via Albani, which currently sees congested traffic.
There are currently two points under observation, both along via di Vincenzo: one at the intersection with via Albani and one at the intersection with via Zampieri, corresponding to the two pickets called by the collectives.

“We are receiving numerous messages from ordinary citizens who regretfully inform us that out of fear they will not participate due to the risk of clashes between these troublemakers and the Police Forces forced to be massively present in the area. Signs against Bignami
Among the signs brought to the square, one is dedicated precisely to Galeazzo Bignami: “Bolognina does not want you”. Among the involved groups: Empty Signs, Antifascist Bolognina, Casa del mondo, Power to the People, Bolognina how are you. At the picket on via Albani, a noisy performance with pots and lids.
