Jesolo (Venice), September 14, 2026 – A more intimate version of the song “A modo tuo” could not have been had. The 5000 spectators who were at the “Tourism Palace” in Jesolo on Saturday for the zero date of Luciano Ligabue‘s arena tour (“Certe Notti 2026”) witnessed a first: Luciano sang “A modo tuo” on stage together with his daughter Linda, to whom the famous song is dedicated.
Ligabue wrote the song for his daughter in 2013
Linda is 22 years old today, and Ligabue wrote “A modo tuo” in 2013, effectively giving it to Elisa who sang it with her usual great delicacy. In 2015, here is the version with the voice of “Liga”. But Saturday was an emotional moment. For some time, the drummer at the rocker from Correggio‘s concerts has been his son Lenny, but having his daughter Linda on stage is an absolute first. A family together among affections and emotions. “It will be hard to grow up, before you do too, you who will ask all those questions, I will pretend to know more…”, is the beginning of the lyrics of a song that has long become the anthem of parents who see their children become adults, and perhaps move away from home to take their own path.

Nobody knows, it’s all top secret and I will only publish this video afterwards.” Linda continues. “I am extremely grateful, this moment will remain in my heart forever. One of the most special moments of my life.”

Some anecdotes, between anxieties and thoughts. “I did many rehearsals, and I was terrified that something could go wrong. A couple of weeks ago I was on vacation in Formentera and I came back without a voice. I was afraid it wouldn’t come back in time, but we made it.”
