The activation of the checks was emphasized by Minister Carlo Nordio in a written response to the question presented by Lega deputy Laura Cavandoli. The decision to release him “has created in Chiara a state of constant fear and insecurity, doubting the effectiveness of the control tools, starting with the electronic bracelet. From the acquired documentation, it also appears that the same offended person had been previously informed of the request made by the defendant and that no observations or objections were made at that time. In any case – he added -, this Ministry, within the scope of its institutional attributions, has activated the appropriate checks regarding the reported facts.”
