Rimini, July 20, 2026 – Moments of concern this morning at the Rimini Skyscraper, on Viale Principe Amedeo, where around 10 a.m. the fire alarm went off leading to the evacuation of the building.
Firefighters arrived on the scene within minutes, supported by Carabinieri and Local Police, to verify the source of the smoke and secure the structure.
Checks revealed that the alarm was caused by a pot forgotten on the stove inside an apartment located on the 17th floor. The smoke generated during cooking triggered the emergency system and the precautionary evacuation of the building.

After the checks and confirming the absence of a fire, the situation quickly returned to normal. No injuries or significant damage were reported.
