A home prostitution ring was discovered and stopped in Pioraco. A story like many others, usually in larger contexts: in a village of just a thousand inhabitants, the impact is explosive.
The local carabinieri station, together with colleagues from Fiuminata and Camerino, reported to the prosecutor a 38-year-old Romanian citizen, resident in the Pesaro area but living in the small village, for the crime of facilitating prostitution.
The activity arose following the daily patrol services carried out by the military who, on several occasions, noticed a strange and intense coming and going near the 38-year-old’s house.

Too many strange movements. And someone noticed
The report was made by some citizens. At this point, more in-depth investigations began, which revealed that the man had organized a home prostitution ring inside his house, managed through an online dating site.
Investigations confirmed that the suspect had set up a structured system of clandestine appointments, using social platforms and messaging tools to arrange them with clients. And the influx of men of all ages from the surrounding area certainly did not go unnoticed.
