Ravenna, August 13, 2026 – They think it was the minor who ‘sold them out.’ They believe the boy gave their names with plenty of details, getting them into deep trouble. Two of them, in front of Judge Massimo De Paoli of Forlì, clearly pointed to the 16-year-old – also residing in the Forlì area – as the one who bragged around about the beating: that is, having beaten and killed a drug addict and that he would do it again if needed since nothing would happen to him as he was still a minor. And if they had stopped him, he would have blamed them. They, on the other hand, are simply innocent: just in the wrong place at the wrong time.
In fact, the 16-year-old, given his age, is formally off the radar of the Ravenna prosecutor’s office: that is, he cannot have been investigated, searched, or interrogated so far: in short, it is reasonable to assume that he could not have said anything to the investigators.

His fate instead depends on the decisions of the Juvenile Prosecutor’s Office of Bologna, which has had the files concerning him since Monday. And while one eye remains on the Bolognese capital in this case, the other continues to follow the words that two of the four arrested for the joint murder, aggravated by trivial motives, of 53-year-old Nicola Musiani spoke during the validation hearing last Monday. For now, all is useless since the arrests were validated and the preventive custody in prison was approved pending the transfer of the file to the judge of Ravenna Andrea Galanti.

Ragme Oussama, 22 years old, born in Morocco and residing in Meldola, had among other things to justify his departure for the North African country precisely on the day of Musiani’s death at the ’Bufalini’ hospital in Cesena on July 22 (the beating in the square of Viale Tritone in Pinarella di Cervia dates back to the early hours of July 19) with a return to Italy on August 6.
According to his words, the 16-year-old was in another group of boys: he hadn’t even known that Musiani had ended up hospitalized. Meanwhile, the 16-year-old – again according to the arrested man – bragged around about having beaten a drug addict and that he would do it again: since he was a minor, nothing would happen to him. When he heard about Musiani’s death after a few days – he continued in front of the Forlì judge – he got scared and for this reason went to Morocco. But he specified that he did not kill the 53-year-old, instead indicating the 16-year-old and another from the minor’s group as the perpetrators of the beating.
Also Finn Long Conor – 19 years old, born in Faenza and residing in Meldola – in front of Judge De Paoli brought up the 16-year-old to report that he bragged around about having killed a drug addict and that he would do it again; and if they had stopped him, he would have blamed them: for this reason, after going to Morocco, he returned as soon as he realized that the minor wanted to shift the responsibility for the crime onto him. It is true – Conor summarized – that that evening he noticed the minor provoking Musiani but did not see him throw punches although he could not exclude that it happened.
The other young people arrested based on the checks by the Ravenna investigative unit of the Carabinieri coordinated by prosecutor Angela Scorza are Abir Houssam, 21 years old, born in Morocco and residing in Forlì; and Mahboubi Bilal, 23 years old, born in Forlì and residing in Santa Sofia.
The investigators are finally hunting at least one more adult also from the Forlì area who might have participated in Musiani’s massacre that night.
