Bologna, September 15 – Never. Not even once did Pietro Gugliotta search on his phone with the keyword “suicide.” On the contrary, he looked ahead Gugliotta, the former policeman and former member of the Uno Bianca gang, which between 1987 and 1994 left a long trail of blood with 23 dead and over a hundred injured between Emilia-Romagna and Marche. He looked towards “retirement,” a keyword searched for as many as 1,650 times, “suggesting that until the end of 2025” Gugliotta had “a peaceful life horizon”: this is the interpretation by lawyers Alessandro Gamberini and Luca Moser of the content extracted from Gugliotta’s phone, of which just yesterday the lawyers of the Savi victims reviewed the forensic copies, recently made by the Ros during the irreproducible examinations.

Still according to the reading of the keywords highlighted in the search conducted on Gugliotta’s devices, something however ended up disturbing the former policeman at the end of 2025. Less than a month before the former gang member took his own life in his home in Colle d’Arba, in the province of Pordenone, Gugliotta carried out a series of notable searches.
The keyword “Uno Bianca” appeared in fact in 13 searches, with the specification “latest news” and one of these searches in particular was carried out on Christmas Eve, December 24, 2025, at about 7:30 in the morning: “A rather curious time and date for a search of this kind: perhaps he was in a hurry to check,” lawyers Gamberini and Moser still speculate. Precisely during that festive period, Gugliotta himself had called his trusted lawyer, Stefania Mannino, expressing the urgent need to have a meeting before the extreme act committed by the former policeman prevented it.

He certainly watched videos regarding his deposition in Corte d’Assise and other content related to the deposition of Eva Mikula and a ballistics consultant, during the hearing on December 20, 1996, in Bologna, as well as a blog of a Bolognese reporter who has been following the case for years.”

Calls with names that however are either deleted or unknown, so further investigations are necessary by the investigators.
