Bologna, July 27, 2026 – While the pool of experts from the Public Prosecutor’s Office, with party consultants, will meet today to begin the analysis of what was collected during the autopsy performed on Friday on the body of Abderrahim Fakir, a new freeze-frame emerges on the containment performed by the two police officers during the arrest of the 42-year-old.
What the new frame shows
It is a frame extracted from the body cam recording of one of the two officers which, according to what was stated by lawyer Gabriele Bordoni, legal counsel for the police officers, would be the conclusive proof of how the bloodstain that was under the head of the deceased man was caused by Fakir’s “rubbing” against “the asphalt”.
The rivulets of blood, therefore, would be caused by a wound to the back of the neck that the Moroccan citizen “inflicted on himself”, in the moments when, already lying on the asphalt of the garage lane in via Svevo, “he bit a police officer’s leg. He dragged his skull on the ground and at that moment he scratched himself.”

Reconstruction opposite to that of lawyer Anselmo
An opposite reconstruction, as has already happened in this first week of distant ‘clashes’ between the two lawyers, compared to that given in recent days by the Fakir family’s lawyer, Fabio Anselmo. Who, seeing the images of the forensic agent lifting the white sheet from the man’s lifeless body, had no doubts: “How did all that blood get into his lungs? He inhaled it because they beat him. It’s not external blood. What does cocaine have to do with it?”

Further analysis
Experts appointed by the Public Prosecutor’s Office will reconstruct what really happened. In the coming days, there will be further analyses on Fakir’s body, from which the truth will be sought.
