Bologna, September 9, 2026 – The houses at via Paolo Fabbri 43 in Bologna and in Pavana, on the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines, are part of the inheritance left to the second wife Raffaella Zuccari. All the shares of the father in the Limentra srl company and 50% of the copyright property rights related to his professional activity as a singer-songwriter and writer, the Trameleuc guitar, the Leonardo Da Vinci watch, and the gold ring with the initials F and G are instead destined for the daughter Teresa. This emerges from the public will of Francesco Guccini dated January 19, 2022.

The document, registered on September 8, 2026 before notary Luigi Stame in the presence of the wife and daughter Teresa, expressly revokes all previous wills and names Zuccari as the universal heir of all the singer-songwriter’s assets.
The remaining 50% of the copyright property rights is also attributed to Zuccari.
The two wills of Francesco Guccini
The first will dated back to 2015, signed by notary Lorenzo Luca. The second was drafted in 2022 by colleague Luigi Stame. The latter turned out to be the decisive one. By law, a more recent will effectively cancels previous ones, in this case only one.
In the will opened on September 8 and older, now more than 10 years old, Guccini’s last wishes were not present, but, so to speak, the penultimate ones. That is, “many things for the daughter Teresa,” says notary Luca who confirms her presence in his office.
A public will, drawn up before the same Luca and two witnesses in 2015.
It was precisely Teresa’s mother, Angela Signorini, who in a recent interview said how much her daughter wanted the house on via Paolo Fabbri. That home where she had grown up. Even knowing that the difficulties in obtaining it would be many. Some of Guccini’s fans and followers had also chosen, in the days following his passing, to turn that space into a house-museum available to the many who loved him and his music. Francesco Guccini rests in the Pavana cemetery next to his parents, Ester and Ferruccio.
The recommendation about the watch: “Hands only forward”
Also, in a passage of the 2022 will, handwritten below the typed text, Guccini specified that he wanted to leave his “Trameleluc guitar, the Leonardo da Vinci watch, and the gold ring with the initials F and G of my father” to his daughter Teresa.
In the text, the maestro also leaves his daughter a recommendation, to “move the watch hands only forward so as not to break it”.
The tribute to the Maestro after his death
After his death, hundreds of bouquets, candles, and messages of love and affection appeared in front of the house door for the artist who passed away on August 6 at 86 years old.
“Hello Francesco, with you a part of me also goes away”, “we will miss you”, “thank you Francesco, craftsman of poets”, “thank you for having existed”.
A sign of how much Bologna loved Guccini. And how much the Maestro loved Bologna.
