It is also the place where the Maestro lived most of the long relationship with Angela Signorini and where his daughter Teresa was born and raised. According to the latest will, the place is destined for Guccini’s wife, Raffaella Zuccari. And precisely for this reason, today it becomes one of the key points of the singer-songwriter’s inheritance.
Angela Signorini: “I would set that house on fire, so it belongs to no one”
After the Maestro’s passing, Signorini had described the house with mixed feelings: “Once, talking with a friend, I said that I would set that house on fire, so it belongs to no one.” For her, however, today it should become a museum: this way it would be taken away from the private matter.

For his daughter Teresa, instead, the house on Via Paolo Fabbri is above all a private matter. It is the place where she spent her childhood, where she grew up with her father and mother Angela. And this is why Guccini’s daughter would have wanted it to remain hers. The memory of that bond between father and daughter emerged strongly even on the day of the funeral, held privately in the courtyard of the house in Pavana. “I never managed to ask you all the questions. The greatest gift you gave me is knowing where to go looking,” she had said. And then again: “Never stop asking yourself those questions, without necessarily having an answer. The silence of Raffaella
And then there is Raffaella Zuccari, who lived with Guccini on Via Paolo Fabbri before moving to Pavana. Raffaella is the second wife (the first was Roberta Baccilieri), married to Guccini in 2011, who has so far chosen maximum discretion. No public appearances this month and not even while the discussion about the inheritance and the destination of the house on Via Paolo Fabbri is taking shape.
