Bologna, July 21, 2026 – Selena Gomez and Benny Blanco are in Bologna and, to fully enjoy our culinary tradition, they stopped at Trattoria della Santa.
The historic venue on via Urbana (open since 1916) welcomed the two spouses, both American singers, accompanied by a pool of managers, today at lunchtime. “It was a wonderful surprise,” says Riccardo Lelli, the restaurant owner. “Benny Blanco’s manager wrote to me, asking not only for their reservation but also for a table for two people.” And so the record producer and the American singer and actress, who, by the way, celebrates her birthday tomorrow, arrived.
The couple, married since September 2025 and also musically united with the release of the album I Said I Love You First, were “kind and friendly,” reflects Lelli, who also recounts the menu chosen by the music stars: “They ate an eggplant parmigiana and also a mixed salad.” Then, it was time for the flavors of our tradition: “They chose a quadris,” which is a dish composed of four different first courses. Namely, “balanzoni, ravioli filled with zucchini flowers and buffalo mozzarella, lasagna, and finally tortellini with butter and sage.”

Blanco and Gomez are certainly not the only VIPs to have chosen the Trattoria della Santa, which is frequented by various well-known personalities and faces from the entertainment world.
